You will access the Uffizi Gallery at 9.30am, Brunelleschi's Dome (Florence Cathedral) at 2.15pm and the Accademia Gallery (optional) at 4.00pm. If on the day of the visit you won't be able to respect the reserved entrance time, you'll lose the right to visit the museums
Please arrive at the meeting point 30 minutes before your scheduled entry time to collect your tickets and download the audio tour app to your smartphone (you will not receive another device)

When we went to pick up our tickets, they had made a mistake and only had two of our four tickets for the Duomo climb. They were able to send them to us via the WhatUp app for the next day for that part of the tour. Had we been leaving the next day, not sure what would have happened.

The process of getting the tickets was easy. You can go Musement’s office at florence to get your physical tickets. The staff was very friendly and helpful with answering any questions you might have.

La mejor forma de optimizar tu tiempo en Florencia visitando los imprescindibles. Hay que tener en cuanta los horarios de acceso pues Santa Reparata y la Catedral, al menos, cierran a las 15:30 durante verano. Con dos días para ver todo lo que queríamos, nos fue imposible entrar a ambos sitios
