Things to do in Keukenhof
Keukenhof is the largest and most beautiful flower park in the world. It is located in the small town of Lisse near Amsterdam and open for public from mid-March to mid-May. One of the most popular destinations in the Netherlands for over sixty years, Keukenhof is the best place to see spring blossom.
The park covers an area of 32 hectares and approximately seven million bulbs are planted each year. Widely known for its tulips, visitors can also the enjoy the sights and smells of daffodils, lilies, roses, carnations and hyacinths all in bloom.
In addition to the beautiful colour spectacle of flowers, Keukenhof has everything you need to enjoy a great day out, including flower shows, parades, inspirational artwork exhibitions and other wonderful events. Thanks to a variety of fun activities, like treasure hunting, petting zoo and even a maze, Keukenhof is also the perfect place for children of all ages.
